Women in Music
Festival / Women In Music (International) @ work When the work for the Women In Music Festival began, there were no organisations who had taken into account the roles of the many women who worked in the industry often not taken into consideration for their efforts injected into making the music scene work from behind the scenes, so WIMFB set the objectives to include everyone from receptionist to roadie. In celebration of the inclusion of the many divisions of the roles within the industry, Women In Music Festival have branded a new interest and generated opportunity for longer life to some of the older running and newer female music organisations. Now with a day of celebration for all, Women In Music Festival are proud to have initiated International Women in Music Day - March 28th helping to pave the way for generations to come.
We are proud to promote the work of women in the music industry as WIM were the first to include
every role secretary to singer. We hope you will join us in wearing that pride for generations to come.
